Hi Humaniser!

For a long time, my work around humanising how we work lived in conversations, writing, talks, and questions.

Questions like:
Why does good work feel so hard sometimes?
Why do capable people burn out inside systems that need them to thrive?
Why do we talk about culture — but design work as if people don’t matter?

Over time, I started calling the people who cared about these questions Humanisers —
people who notice when work stops feeling right, and try to make it better.

Making It Real

Now, this work is becoming something tangible.

I’m building Hi Humaniser!™ — a digital platform designed to help people and teams practise more human ways of working, in real life, not theory.

It’s still in build.
But it’s very real.

And it grew from what I’ve seen, again and again, inside real organisations.

Why It Exists (and Why Humanisers Matter)

You might not know it yet…
But if you care about creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and human —
then you’re already one of us.

Humanisers don’t look a certain way.
They don’t have a job title.
They don’t wait for permission.

They show up in meetings, in teams, in quiet moments and difficult conversations.
They’re the ones who notice when something feels off — and choose not to ignore it.

After years inside complex organisations, I kept seeing the same pattern:
capable people under pressure, trying their best inside systems that made good work harder than it needed to be.

The issue was never effort.
It was design.

Work doesn’t change through policies alone.
It changes through people — in everyday moments, habits, conversations, and choices.

Humanisers are the ones who carry change into those spaces.

This work isn’t about fixing people.
It’s about supporting the people who are already trying to make work better.

Bringing Hi Humaniser! to Life

What started as questions, conversations, and quiet frustrations is now becoming something people can actually use.

This work is taking shape through Humanising Our Workplaces — where the thinking, learning, and practice are coming together in a more intentional way.

Hi Humaniser!™ is being built as the place where Humanisers can grow, connect, practise, and shape better ways of working — together.

Not through slogans.
Not through one-off programmes.
But through small, human shifts that actually stick.

If you’ve been following this journey,
if any of this feels familiar,
if you’ve ever thought “there has to be a better way to work than this” —

You’re already closer than you think.
And you’re very welcome to walk with it.
